Breakfast is the most important meal to start your day as our body needs protein to boost metabolisms and stimulates muscles building.

its always advised to consume a bigger amount of protein during your first meal of the day.

Ingredients Preparation
1/4 cup of Almond  Blend all ingredients together
1/4 Rolled Oats  Spray a non stick pan with low calorie spray you can use little of oil is no spray available
half tea spoon Baking Soda Turn the Heat to Medium to avoid burning your breakfast
1 Scoop of  Nutrition Protein powder  Once the Pan is sizzling hot,poor your batter on it
1 cup of Milk low fat  Once the Pan is sizzling hot,poor your your batter on it
4 eggs whites  Flip once bubbles start to appear on the surface, flip again, and its Ready

 

You can serve it with honey or you can add some sugar free jam.

Preparation time : 10 minutes.

Cooking Time : 10 Minutes.

Total Time Required : 20 minutes .
